![]() ![]() Scanning in the memory and modifying values are working the same way as in any other games. The only major problem with Xlive that it is detecting code injection. So those who may think that CE is totally useless on Xlive games are very wrong. In fact, I have used CE on many Xlive games and I could even use the debugger with the proper settings. ![]() As CCJ39 also said, it is "some additional protection". Of course some games are recognizing Cheat Engine even if it is open in the background, but that is independent from Xlive. It is crashing if You attach the debugger (without the proper settings), but attaching CE to the game without the debugger and scanning in the memory is working perfectly. ![]() However just to make it clear for those who may read this topic, Xlive itself does not have anti-Cheat Engine protection. Probably the game is detecting if CE is running.
